By this Application, the applicant is seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.14 of 2024 pending before the 5th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Karad to Family Court at Sangli. 2.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that the applicant stays at Sangli. The distance between Sangli to Karad is more than 75 Kms. The applicant is facing difficulty to attend the Court dates at Karad. She stays with her minor son. Hence, requested to allow the application.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicant. The applicant stays at Sangli with her minor son. She is finding difficulty to attend the Court dates at Karad. It is settled principle of law that convenience of wife has to be considered over the husband. Considering these facts, I Pass the following order :

ORDER

(i) The Application is allowed;

(ii) Marriage Petition No.14 of 2024 pending before the 5th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Karad be transferred to the Family Court at Sangli.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed off.
