Learned counsel for the parties do not dispute the fact that the interim order dated 3rd February, 2020 passed by this Court was challenged by the respondents by way of an Special Leave to Appeal (S.L.P) and that the said S.L.P has been dismissed and hearing of the Civil Suit has been expedited by the Apex Court.

Learned Counsel have no objection if the interim arrangement granted by this Court vide dated 3rd February, 2020 is continued, without prejudice to the rights of either of the parties, till the said Suit is finally

Accordingly, the interim order dated 3rd February, 2020, to continue till the Civil Suit which is pending before the learned Civil Judge, Pandharpur, is finally decided. All contentions of all parties are kept open. The learned Judge to decide the Suit on its own merits, uninfluenced by the observations made by this Court in its order dated 3rd February, 2020. 4.
Petition is accordingly disposed of.
