By this application the applicant is seeking modification of condition no. (d) in the operative order dated 14th August 2025 IRESH MASHAL passed by this Court (Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) in Bail by IRESH MASHAL Date:

It is contention of learned counsel for applicant that this Court has directed the applicant to report to Neral Police Station, District: Raigad once in 15 days till 31st March 2026 and thereafter, once in a month i.e. on 1st Sunday till the conclusion of the trial. Now the applicant has shifted to Shirala. Hence, the applicant is ready to attend Shirala Police Station instead of Neral Police Station. Iresh

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP, I pass following order:

O R D E R

The application is allowed.

II.

Condition no. (d) in the operative order dated 14th August 2025 n Bail Application No. 3190 of 2025 is modified as under: III.

The applicant shall attend Shirala Police Station, District: Sangli instead of Neral Police station on the same terms and conditions. 4.
