According to the Petitioners, the Revision Application bearing No.1081 of 2023 preferred by them before the State Government under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, was filed on 08.02.2023. The same has not yet been decided.

Considering the fact that the period of more than one year elapsed since filing of the aforesaid proceedings, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.3 to decide the Revision Application on its own merits and after hearing all the parties within a period of three months from receiving copy of this order.

Rule is accordingly made absolute.
