It is fairly submitted by Mr. Dalvi, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.3 & 4-Zilla Parishad, Ratnagiri that the relieving order, which was inadvertently issued has been stayed. It is clarified by the learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.3 & 4-Zilla Parishad, Ratnagiri osk 1 of

Accordingly, a communication dated 27th October 2025 addressed by the Education Officer (Primary) to the Block Education Officer of all the Panchayat Samitis, has been placed on record. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the consideration of Interim Application No. 11098 of 2025 and is accordingly disposed of. 4.
