Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequently administrator came to be appointed as against which appeal has been preferred before the Commissioner of Textile. He submits that as such the present petition seeking setting aside the inquiry has been rendered infructuous and, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the same.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. In view of disposal of petition, Interim/Civil Applications, if any, do not survive for consideration and stand disposed of.
