Learned counsel or the petitioner on instructions states that petitioner has sold the property purchased by him on 22.7.2014 by registered sale deed dated 11.7.2018 to Mallikarjun S. Patharvat, Vinayak B. Pawale and Manibhadra Developers through the Partner Shr. Yashwant M. Rathor. He submits that, in view of the same, the petition does not survive and seeks leave to withdraw the same.
