Learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Court has disposed of the appeal of Insurance company and permitted the applicants to withdraw the amount. Accordingly, application was filed before the Tribunal for withdrawal of the amount but the Tribunal has rejected the said application of applicant Nos.4 and 5. Applicant Nos. 4 and 5 are major and they require the amount for their personal need. 1/2

Learned counsel for the appellant - Insurance Company submits that appropriate order be passed.

I have heard both the learned Counsel. The appeal is already disposed of and applicant Nos. 4 and 5 needs the amount for their personal purposes, they are major.

Hence, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Solapur (for short "the Tribunal") is requested to consider the application if filed by applicant Nos. 4 and 5 and decide it on merit, as early as possible. 6.

Interim Application is disposed off.
