1] The Appellant is admitted to protection from arrest vide order dated 18.10.2019. The protection continue to operate till today. In the meantime it is informed that charge sheet has already been filed against the present Appellant.

2] The learned APP make statement on instructions that since the investigation is now complete and other co-accused are already released on bail, custodial interrogation of the Appellant is not necessary and therefore order dated 18.10.2019 shall be confirmed. In the wake of aforesaid statement, order dated 18.10.2019 is made absolute.
