Present contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of order dated 25th July 2025 passed in Writ Petition No.1252 of 2024. The order dated 25th July 2025, states that respondent gave undertaking to this Court that he would pay maintenance of Rs.18,000/- per month till final decision of Exhibit-6 application in Petition No.E-14 of 2023, by Family Court at Kolhapur. Further, respondent undertook to pay amount of Rs.1,56,000/- to petitioner.

Admittedly, amount of Rs.1,56,000/- has already been paid. Maintenance amount as per undertaking is also paid for months of July 2025 and August 2025. Only balance amount of Rs.8,000/- towards part maintenance for September 2025 remains unpaid. 3.

Mr. Desai, learned Advocate appearing for respondent, makes statement before this Court that balance amount of Rs.8,000/- shall be deposited within period of one week from today 4.
