The present petition can be disposed of on the same terms as the order dated 8th May 2025 passed in Writ Petition (St.) No. 15906 of 2025. Hence, the following order.

The Tehasildar is directed to reconsider the proceeding before him in light of grant of consent to operate dated 10th May 2022. 3.

While reconsidering the matter, the Tehsildar shall given an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, who shall appear before him Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

Within the period of 10 days from that day, the Tehsildar shall take a decision on the matter keeping in mind that the grant of consent to operate dated 10th May 2022.

It is made clear that all contentions on merits are kept open. 6.

With the above directions the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
