The subject matter of controversy in the present petition concerns the proposal sent by Respondent No.6 Educational Institution for approval of the appointment of the Petitioner in the post of Shikshan Sevak at Respondent No.7 school run by the institution. The proposal has not been accepted by Respondent No.5 Education Officer purportedly directing the institution to submit the same at the time of the camp to be held by Respondent No.5. It is not in dispute that no camp has since been held by Respondent No.5. Having regard to the narrow compass of the controversy in the present petition, we are of the view that the petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.5 to accept the proposal sent by Respondent No.6 Institution and Head Master of Respondent No.7 school for approval to the appointment of the Petitioner in the post of Shikshan Sevak at Respondent No.7 secondary school. The proposal must be accepted forthwith upon its fresh submission. After by Sanskruti A.
