At the outset, learned AGP has tendered a copy of the Order dated 04.04.2014 passed by this Court ( Coram : Ranjit More, J. ) in Civil Application No. 3142 of 2013 in Writ Petition No. 8524 of 2013. The contempt alleged is of the Order dated 17.09.2013. It appears that subsequently, the State of Maharashtra through the Collector, Sangli and others had filed a Civil Application No. 3142 of 2013 in W. P. No. 8524 of 2013 for recalling the order of stay granted on 17.09.2013. The said Civil
CP 60-14.doc Application was allowed and the Order dated 17.09.2013 passed in the aforesaid Writ Petition came to be recalled and as such, the Order dated 17.09.2013 stood modified. Since the Order dated 17.09.2013 was modified by Order dated 04.04.2014, no case is made out for contempt as against the Respondents. 2.
Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed.
