By this petition, the Petitioners-original Defendants to the Special Civil Suit No.100 of 2018 questioned the order impugned dated 16th September, 2019 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Khed, District Ratnagiri, wherein the Respondent's-original Plaintiff's application for amendment (Exhibit 108) came to be allowed. The Special Civil Suit No.100 of 2018 is for partition, wherein the Plaintiff, pursuant to the objection raised by the Petitioner in the written statement is permitted to add parties. In my opinion, in a suit for partition considering the status of the parties as that of co-Plaintiff/coDefendant, the grant of amendment is very much justified.

No case for interference is made out. Petition fails. Dismissed.
