Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants. In view of the averments made in the Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (e) subject to condition that the appropriate steps shall be taken by the Applicants for effecting service of notice to the Third Respondent within a period of four weeks from today. If appropriate steps are not taken within the stipulated time of four weeks from today, the Petition shall stand dismissed for nonprosecution without further reference to the Court.
