Heard. The Petitioner's application for caste validity was rejected on the ground that earlier he had applied for the validation of his caste claim as a student which was rejected by the Respondent No.2 -Scrutiny Committee vide its order dated 22nd April 2002. Once the application for caste validity is rejected, the Petitioner cannot again and again apply for the same. We do not find any error in the impugned order. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. 2.

Needless to mention that the Petitioner can challenge the earlier order rejecting his caste claim by adopting appropriate remedy as may be permissible. In the event said rejection is challenged by adopting the appropriate remedies, the same shall be considered independently on its own merits.
