Learned Registrar Judicial-II as per the order dated 12th April 2018 was pleased to refuse registration of Second Appeal for not removing office objections within a period of four weeks. It is submitted that many of office objections are now removed and remaining will be removed within a period of four weeks. There is also delay of 133 days in filing restoration application. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, Application is allowed. The order passed by the learned Registrar Judicial-II is set aside and the proceedings is restored.
