Heard Mr.Surel S.Shah, learned Counsel for the applicants, Mr.G.M.Savagave, learned Counsel for respondent No.1 and Mr.Chetan G.Patil, learned Counsel for respondents No. 2 & 3. 2.
This is an application for condonation of delay of 1 year and 1 month in filing the Review Petition. Mr.Patil submits that respondents No.2 & 3 do not admit correctness of the assertions made in paragraphs 3 & 7 of the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that applicants have made out a sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) with nor order as to costs.
