Our attention is invited to the order dated 10th February 2025, which is at page No.56 of the paper book, passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act). The petitioner seeks implementation of the said order. 2.

The respondent No.3 is directed to implement the order and handover the possession to the petitioner. If the application is so made for police protection, necessary assistance be rendered by the Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

972-12630-2025-CWP=.doc concerned Police Station to the respondent No.3 on payment of necessary charges. The order passed under Section 14 be implemented by the respondent No.3 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of communication of this order.
