I have heard both learned counsel, perused F.I.R. and documents produced on record. As the applicant wants to contest the election and he is seeking relaxation of condition for 30 days, I pass following order:

I. Application is allowed.

II.Condition No. (iii) imposed by this Court vide order dated 1st March 2023 is hereby relaxed for 40 days from today.

III.

The applicant is permitted to enter into the limits of Walva Taluka, District Sangli for 40 days from today.

IV.The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required during this period. 5.
