Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the Respondent Nos.1 to 7 are directed to decide the representation(s) dated 9th June 2025, 12th June 2025, 18th August 2025 and 16th October 2025 made by the Petitioner for his promotional appointment from the post of Instructor-A/Teacher to the post of Managing Superintendent with the Respondent Nos.8 and 9 institution as osk 1 of

933-Wp-12296-2025.doc expeditiously as possible within a particular time frame. We find the request made by the Petitioner is reasonable in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

Accordingly, the concerned Respondents are directed to decide the proposals mentioned in the prayer clause (D) of the petition as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this Order. 3.

We have not adjudicated on any other reliefs prayed for in this petition on merits. The contentions of the Petitioner therein are kept open.

The petition stands disposed of.
