This Application is made by the Insurance Company for condonation of 166 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the award dated 01/03/2014 passed by the MACT, Satara in MACP No.22/2009 holding that the Respondentclaimants are entitled to compensation of Rs.10,80,000/ with interest @ 6% p.a.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied Basavraj G Patil 1/2

Hence, the following order:
a) Delay of 166 days in preferring the appeal challenging the award dated 01/03/2014 passed by the MACT, Satara in MACP No.22/2009 is condoned.
b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
