We have heard learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

The submissions made by the learned AGP are on the same lines as those made in the decision of this Court in Dipali Shivaji Hajare vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors., in Civil Writ Petition No. 12276 of 2025 decided on 25th November, 2025.

The facts are absolutely identical to those in Dipali Shivaji Hajare vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors. (supra), except for the date from which the Petitioner has been appointed to the post of Shikshan Sevak, with efect from 29th June 2018, at Respondent No. 7School. Shubham Talle 1 of

We therefore allow this Petition, in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

"b] By a suitable Writ, Order or direction, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 4Deputy Director of Education to forthwith allot Shalarth ID to the Petitioner and also grant permission to Respondent No. 5-Education Oicer for including the name of the Petitioner in Shalarth Pranali for online payment of salary and accordingly pleased to further direct the Respondent No. 5-Education Oicer to release all the salary/honorarium arrears of Petitioner within a period of 8 weeks or any other period which this Hon'ble Court may deem it and proper;"
