Applicants are apprehending arrest in C.R. No. 744 of 2025 IRESH MASHAL registered with Karmala Police Station, District: Solapur for offences Digitally signed by IRESH MASHAL Date:

2025.12.12 15:12:11 +0530 punishable under Sections 119(1), 351(3), 352 115(2) and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It is the prosecution's case that on 7th September 2025, applicant and co-accused assaulted the first informant and her mother-in-law and took away the gold ornaments worn by them. 3.

It is contention of learned counsel for applicants that the applicants have been falsely implicated in this case. The matter is settled out of Court between the parties. Hence, custodial

interrogation of the applicants is not required and requested to allow the application.

It is contention of learned APP that the applicants assaulted the first informant and her mother-in-law and took away their gold ornaments. Considering the allegations against the applicants, their custodial interrogation is required and requested to reject the application.

It is contention of learned counsel for the first informant that the matter is settled out of Court and she has no objection to allow the bail application.

I have heard all the learned counsels, perused F.I.R. and documents produced on record. The allegations against the applicants are of assaulting the first informant and her mother-in-law and taking away their gold ornaments. As it is the contention of learned counsel for the first informant that the matter is settled out of Court, their custodial interrogation is not required and I pass following order:

O R D E R

I.

Application is allowed.

II.

In the event of arrest, applicants be enlarged on bail in C.R. No. 744 of 2025 registered with Karmala Police Station, District: Solapur

on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.

III.

The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

IV.

The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

V.

Application is disposed off in above terms.
