Being aggrieved by registration of C.R. No. 535 of 2017 at Shahapuri Police Station, against the Applicants by invoking Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 506, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, at the instance of the Respondent No.2, present application is filed claiming that no case is made out against them.

The Application being filed in the year 2018 was never listed before the Court as only on one occasion i.e. on 12.12.2018 the circularization was sought but the proceedings were not listed.

The learned A.P.P. would however submit that on completion of investigation of the subject C.R., the chargesheet has been filed on 29.07.2019. In any case the Applicants are not interested in prosecuting the Application and in the wake of the chargesheet being filed, the present Application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., cannot be entertained.

Hence, the Application is dismissed.
