By this application applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.(C) in the operative order passed by this Court vide order dated 13.06.2025 for election period as applicant wants to contest the election.

Considering the submissions of both the counsels and for the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed. 4.

Condition No.(C) in the operative order passed by this Court vide order dated 13.06.2025 not to enter into limits of District Pune and Solapur is hereby relaxed only for 40 days from today. 5.

Application is disposed off accordingly.
