The present civil revision application arises out of the order passed below Exhibit 24 in Special Civil Suit No. 286 of 2016. The applicant had filed an application seeking rejection of the plaint under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908; however, it was rejected by Trial Court vide order dated 1st August 2017.

Special Civil Suit No. 286 of 2016 was transferred to the District Court and renumbered as Commercial Suit No. 22 of 2019. Record indicates that, in the said suit, parties tendered compromise terms. Eventually, suit has been disposed of by learned District Judge. The aforesaid sequence of events would depict that nothing survives for consideration in the present civil revision application.

Hence, civil revision application stands disposed of as infructuous.
