Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned AGP appearing for the respondents.

Before approaching this Court for seeking a Writ of Mandamus, the petitioner has not made any representation to the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievances. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will make a representation to the second respondent. 4.

Hence we pass the following order :

(i) If an appropriate representation is made by the petitioner to the second respondent within a period of one month from today, the second respondent - Collector shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation;

2 w100.15 (ii) The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms; (iii) All contentions on merits are kept open; (iv) All the concerned parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
