Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the issue arising for consideration before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Bench at Mumbai ("Tribunal"), in Original Application No. 514 of 2024 iled by the Petitioners, is squarely covered by a decision of the Tribunal itself. A request is therefore made that the hearing of Original Application No. 514 of 2024 be expedited. If the issue is indeed squarely covered, the Petitioners are at liberty to Shubham Talle 1 of

914-WP-12374-2025.doc request the learned Tribunal to expedite the hearing of the said Original Application. We are conscious of the pendency before the Tribunal and, therefore, refrain from issuing any directions prescribing timelines for disposal.

However, we have no manner of doubt that if such a request is made by the Petitioners to the Tribunal, there is no reason why it should not be entertained, and the Petition be decided expeditiously, if it is the case of the Petitioners that the issue is squarely covered. 4.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the Original Application has been listed before the Tribunal 'High On Board' for the last four months. If that is so, we request the Tribunal may consider deciding the Original Application expeditiously and preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
