The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in paragraph 2, the words "Tilak Nagar police station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code" are inadvertently mentioned and it should be corrected by "Solapur Taluka police station for the offences punishable under sections 306 and 498A read with 34 of Indian Penal Code".
