Heard learned counsel for the parties. It is agreed between learned Counsel for both parties that reasons for the order may not be recorded. The impugned order of the Labour Court dated 11 May 2015 is modified to the extent that the total compensation is reduced from Rs.1,25,000/ to Rs.1,00,000/. Respondent shall be permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/ together with accrued interest on amount of Rs.1,00,000/ from out of Rs.1,25,000/ deposited in this Court and which amount is invested, if any. The balance amount, together with accrued interest referable to that amount, shall be allowed to be withdrawn by the Petitioner. All parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
