We have heard this petition on the earlier occasion as also today. Learned Counsel for the parties state that the dispute between the parties stand settled in as much as the Petitioners have accepted in full and final settlement an amount of Rs. 18 Lakhs by virtue of which all rights and claims in respect of the tenanted property in question.

We are informed that an amount of Rs. 10 Lakhs out of the settlement amount of Rs. 18 Lakhs is already received by the Petitioners. Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 undertake to pay the balance amount to the Petitioner within a period of six weeks from today. Such statement as made by Mr. Khairadi, on instructions of his Ajit Pathrikar
1-IA-17206-2023.DOC client, is accepted as an undertaking to the Court. There shall not be a further extension to make payment of such amount.

We may also record that the amount of Rs. 10 Lakhs is received by the Petitioners by bank transfer in their account held by them at the Bank of Baroda, Khadakpada Branch, Kalyan (w), Mumbai. As also the remaining amount of Rs. 8 Lakhs will be transferred by Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 in the said account. 4.
In this view of the matter and as clearly agreed between the parties, further adjudication of the petition is not called for and it is accordingly disposed of in terms of our above observations. No costs.

Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order. 6.
In the light of the above, the Interim Application, if any, does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
