We are informed that the Appeal is listed before the respondent No.3 for hearing on 11th December 2025. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 appears and assured that the respondent No.1 will cooperate and will not ask for any unnecessary adjournment. 2.

Considering that this is a petition disqualifying the petitioner under Section 14(1)(h) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, 1959, respondent No.3 is requested to decide the Appeal itself on the next date i.e. on 11th December 2025 and in any case, within a period of 4 weeks from 11th December 2025.
