Learned APP, on instructions from Mr. Patil, Assistant Police Inspector (A.P.I.), Alibaug Police Station, submitted that, on the basis of Missing Complaint No.19 of 2022 dated 1st August, 2022 made by the Respondent No.6 i.e. father of Petitioner, the Police had traced out Petitioner No.1 at Kolhapur. That, the statement of Petitioner has been recorded and the Police have now closed the inquiry of the said complaint. 2.

In view thereof, prayer clause (a) of the Petitioner as of today does not survive. As far as prayer clause (b) which pertains to providing Police Protection to the Petitioners is concerned, Petitioners will be at liberty to file appropriate application before the Competent Authority for 1/2

The Competent Authority shall not get influenced by the fact that, this Court has granted liberty to the petitioners to submit such an application.

Nothing further survives in the Petition.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
