(904)-WP-13024-17 & group matters.sxw P.C.:­ 1] The limited relief claimed in these Petitions is for direction to the Respondents to decide the proposal with regard to approval of the Petitioners' appointment.

2] Petitions are disposed of with direction to Respondent - Education Officer to decide the proposal with regard to appointment of the Petitioners in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six weeks from today. 3] Till the decision of the Education Officer and in the event the order is adverse to the interest of the Petitioners, for a further period of two weeks interim protection granted earlier to the Petitioners shall stand continued.
