Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that proposal is submitted to sanction additional post of teacher in Junior College of Petitioner No.2.

The affidavit is filed by the Deputy Director of Education to the effect that Deputy Director of Education has submitted the said proposal to the Government.

In case such proposal is pending with the Government, Government shall take a decision upon its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within four months from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
