Learned counsel for the respondent no.5, on instructions, submits that the order dated 29th July 2025 passed by this Court was not complied with inadvertently. Learned counsel express regret for not complying with the order due to some administrative reasons. He submits that there was no intention to commit any breach of the order passed. Learned counsel makes a statement that in any case, the Uday S. Jagtap 1 of
65-588-2025-CP=.doc directions contained in the order dated 29th July 2025 shall be complied with positively within a period of 12 weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

We must record that the learned counsel for the petitioner opposed the extension of time.

However, in light of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.5 with assurance that the order dated 29th July 2025 shall be complied with positively within a period of 12 weeks from today, we ind it reasonable to extend time granted by this Court in terms of paragraph 5, having regard to the nature of the dispute, by further period of 12 weeks from today.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
