The order dated 30th July 2019 passed below Exhibit 5 in Special Civil Suit No.28 of 2017 by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gadhinglaj is subject matter of challenge in present Writ Petition. The trial Court was pleased to grant interim maintenance to Respondent wife.

The record shows that Special Civil Suit No.28 of 2017 has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 21st October 2023. No restoration application is pending.

In result, prayer in Writ Petition does not survive. Hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
