We have heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and perused the averments made in the memo of petition. We have also heard learned AGP, who opposed any request for expediting the proceedings before Tahsildar contending that no such urgency is made out. 2.

Matter pertains to the proceedings initiated against the Petitioner for illegal excavation of mines. It is submitted that though the application preferred by Petitioner on 16th July 2025 has been heard and matter is since reserved for orders on 16th July 2025, till date no orders have been passed.

In view of the above fact-situation, in our opinion, this petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the Petitioner's application within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. Ordered accordingly. 4.
