By this Civil Application, Applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 60 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 28.05.2015 passed by the MACT, Sangli in MACP No. 10 of 2014.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case Sneha Chavan 1/2
