The Petitioner prays the following relief in the Petition:- " a. Your Lordship may be pleased to issue appropriate Writ, order or Direction thereby directing the Hon'ble Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies Pune Division Pune, to forthwith decide the Misc. Application No. 240 of 2025 and appeal iled by the petitioner within time bound period preferably within four weeks."

Learned AGP appears on behalf of the Respondent-State. 5.

For the reasons stated in the Petition, the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, is requested to decide Miscellaneous Application No. 240 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within six weeks from the date of communication of this order. 6.

Since the contesting Respondents have appeared in the proceedings, and, according to the Petitioner, the Application was listed on multiple occasions, the next date is 10th December, 2025 we request the Divisional Joint Registrar to decide the Application on 10th December 2025 or, in any case, within six weeks from the date of communication of this order. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is challenging the registration of the Society on the ground, inter alia, that 25 societies were registered on the same day and, therefore, the impugned order is without proper application of mind.

In case, the delay is condoned, the Divisional Joint Registrar is requested to expedite the hearing of the Appeal. 8.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
