The Appellant has filed this Interim Application No. 16376/2023 for deleting the name of Respondent No. 7 from the cause title.

On perusal of application and record, it reveals that the Respondent No. 7-Subrao Gopal Sable expired on 15/11/2020. The Respondent Nos 1 to 4 are the only heirs and legal representative of deceased Respondent No. 7. Therefore, the Appellant prayed to delete the name of respondent No. 7 from the cause title of Civil Revision Application. In such circumstances, Interim Application No.

16376 of 2023 is allowed.

The Appellant is permitted to delete the name of Respondent No. 7 from the cause title by adding the word delete (since deceased). The Appellant shall carry out amendment within 14 days.
