Learned counsel for the Respondent No.3-Management submits that the proposal of the Petitioner for appointment in the post of Full Time Teacher of the same subject will be submitted to the Respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education within a period of two weeks from today.

On receipt of such proposal, the Respondent No.2 may inform the Respondent No.3-Management about the deficiencies, if any. The osk 1 of

942-Wp-12442-2025.doc Respondent No.3-Management to cure / explain the deficiencies, if any, within the time granted by the Respondent No.2. 3.

If the deficiencies are cured / explained, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal, the Respondent No.2 shall decide the proposal for appointment of the Petitioner on full time post in accordance with law.

The petition stands disposed of.
