By this Petition, the Petitioners are seeking modification of the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vaduj in Criminal Bail Application No.148 of 2025 vide order dated 13.10.2025, thereby imposing condition No.3 restraining the Petitioners from entering into the village where the informant resides at Mardi, Taluka Man, District Satara until filing of the charge-sheet. 2.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioner No.1 is student and Petitioner No.2 is farmer. Both are ladies. The role attributed to them in FIR is not direct assault by Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

It is contention of learned APP that there are interconnected matters between the Petitioners and first informant. If Petitioners enter in the Village, they may threaten the first informant. Hence, requested to dismiss the Petition.

I have heard both the learned counsels. Petitioner No.1 is student and Petitioner No.2 is farmer. Both are ladies. The role attributed to them in FIR is slapping the first informant. No serious allegations are mentioned in the FIR. Considering these facts, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Writ Petition is allowed;

(ii) The condition No.3 imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vaduj in Criminal Bail Application No.148 of 2025 vide order dated 13.10.2025, is hereby relaxed.

(iii) The Petitioners are permitted to enter in village Mardi, Taluka Man, Dist. Satara.

The Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed off.
