Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent State.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier, this Court permitted the applicant to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file a fresh application after a period of 5 months. Thereafter, this Court has released the co-accused on bail. Hence, he seeks leave to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application before the Sessions Court as there is change in circumstances.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant,
