We have perused the reliefs prayed in this petition. 3.

Mr. Narvankar, learned Counsel for the Respondent-Shivaji University has placed on record a compilation of documents which contains communication dated 8th December 2025 addressed to the Divisional Joint Director (Higher Secondary), Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur by the competent authority of Shivaji University indicating that Petitioner has been granted deemed date of promotion from 1st January 2009. Further, a proposal for payment of arrears of salary has also been forwarded. Decision be taken by the Divisional Joint Patil-SR 1 of

6 Wp-15485-2024.doc Director (Higher Secondary), Kolhapur on the said communication dated 8th December 2025 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order. The grievance made in the petition, therefore, substantially stands redressed.

After the decision is taken by the Divisional Joint Director (Higher Secondary), Kolhapur, if there is any further grievance, it is open for the Petitioner to make appropriate representation to the competent authorities or seek redressal before the competent forum. 5.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

Liberty to ile a fresh petition for the remaining grievances. 7.

In view of the disposal of Writ Petition, nothing survives for consideration in the pending Civil / Interim Application and the same stands disposed of.
