Limited grievance is to expedite the consideration of proposals for regularization submitted by the petitioner to respondent no.1 in terms of section 44 of MRTP Act so that the notice action initiated under section 53 thereof is taken to its logical end.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 to 3 states that the efforts are being made to take suitable decision and nilegaonkar 1/2

Learned AGP for respondent no. 4 points out that the grievance is presently between petitioner, Municipal Council and the complainant.

The complainant is respondent no. 5 and his advocate has no objection if in the time bound manner the regularization proposals are evaluated.

Without recording any finding, we direct respondent no.1 to take decision on the request for regularization in accordance with law within next eight weeks.

Opportunity of hearing shall be extended to petitioner as also respondent no. 5.
