Having heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP for the Respondent-State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.5-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur, to dispose of the proposal dated 22nd September 2013 sent by the Headmaster of Petitioner no.2-High School for individual approval to the appointment of the Petitioner No.3 on the post of Shikshan Sevak [a copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-F Page No. 26 to the petition] as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and Respondent No.5 shall decide the said proposal for patilsr 1 / 2

approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.3 independently, on its own merits and strictly in accordance with law. 3.

In order to enable Respondent No.5 to comply with this order, Petitioner No.3 shall remain present before Respondent No.5 along with a copy of said proposal and a copy of this order on 26th March 2018 at 11.00 a.m.

Till the disposal of Petitioner's afore-said proposal, the ad-interim relief granted on 17th November 2017 shall remain in operation.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
