By this application the Applicant, who is original Claimant has sought withdrawal of the compensation deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application and the grounds raised in the appeal memo, at this stage, the Applicant, original Claimant No.1 is permitted to withdraw 30% of the compensation with proportionate interest accrued thereon subject to an under taking that the amount will be refunded with interest in the event the Appellant succeeds in the appeal.
