By the present interim application, the Applicants seek to bring on record heirs of Appellant No.1A, who expired on 24th January 2022. Interim application is filed on 9th November 2022. Although learned Advocate of the Respondent No.1 strongly opposed the application, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today. 2.
